EXPERIENCE IR DIFFERENTLY
This October, MECA invites employers to step into a different kind of Industrial Relations convention. Through three cinematic workplace scenarios and one live dramatization, the MECA IR Convention 2026 brings workplace conflict to life in an immersive and practical way.
See how decisions unfold, how communication breaks down, and how perceptions harden into disputes. Learn the root causes of workplace conflict, challenge orthodox IR thinking, and discover how employers can prevent issues from escalating into legal battles.
Attend the 2026 MECA IR Convention, and see Industrial Relations differently.
